Explanation of Completed Precincts: The number of completed precincts includes all precincts without a polling place, known as mail-ballot-only precincts, and the number of polling places counted as of the time of the update report. Vote totals include these ballots as well as other vote-by-mail (absentee) ballots counted as of the time of the update.
